As a Realtor with Home Run Realty Inc., Guan has nurtured a passion for homes and design long before becoming a licensed realtor in October 2022. Since her first sale in February 2023, she has collaborated closely with buyers and sellers, achieving over $50 million in gross transaction volume. Guan truly values each opportunity to help families navigate their home buying and selling journeys, continuously growing through the insights gained from every client she serves. With a background as a university professor in China, she holds three degrees, including an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Ottawa.
