Linda Yin has over 10 years of Real Estate investment experience and is driven to help her clients get the best deal for the most important transactions of their lives. She obtained a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa and applies an analytical approach to navigating the ever-changing housing market. She has built very close relationships with the new home builders in Ottawa and her extensive network helps her clients get exclusive access to the best deals and releases they offer. Her familiarity with the different models and communities gives her clients an advantage when making their decisions and her experience helps guide her clients from initial negotiations, design selections, to house closing and the Tarion process.  She is dedicated to ensuring her clients achieve their goals and to ensure they feel comfortable throughout each step of the process with honesty and open communication.
